I introduced the Essex planning tool last autumn 2. It is followed although loosely by most and some follow it so rigidly that they have no room for personalisation or finding better/different resources.
I'm proactive, always there to support and give guidance or chew the fat on planning pshe and a couple of staff have asked about it.
What do I do for those who don't use their intuition or knowledge of their children to change things? How do I get them interested enough in PSHE to WANT to make it personalised for their children and want to make it a good lesson?
