Africa Cup of Nations champions Senegal will begin their 2022 World Cup campaign against the Netherlands on Monday.
The Oranje will make their return to football’s biggest tournament after shockingly failing to qualify four years ago. However, they now head into this competition unbeaten in 15 games and are in great form under manager Louis van Gaal.
The Lions of Teranga are also in form and are coming off the back of winning the last major trophy they competed for.
Sadio Mane scored the winning penalty in the AFCON final earlier this year but the Senegal captain has been cruelly ruled out of the tournament due to injury.
