Explain what pshe/sre is and state 2/3 aims of the policy.
Explain how its organised in your school. E.g how is it taught (scheme/assemblies/seal/progressive spiral scheme), timing expectations.
How is it assessed?
How do you handle sensitive issues?
Who the coordinator is.
Governor involvement.
Teaching techniques - groupings, while class, indivdual work etc)
Monitoring - how does the coordinator check what's going on?
