If you are lucky to work in a supportive school you could always ask the PSHE lead or head to observe your practice and formally grade/write up the report.
You could agree sets of things you wish to improve and get someone elses perspective. May also count towards your performance management.
I've been observed every week this past 5 weeks for PSHE as the school wants others to see 'best practice'. Ive really learned a whole lot about how people percieve it in the school, what they do and what an outsider thinks of my practice.
It has given me time to reflect on whether I am utilising AfL well enough, what my groupings are and enuring I stay on top of my sessions.
Might be worth asking if you could do something similar?
